One thing we know is that the backbone of a community is held up by the church. A great majority of our partners on the field are led, held together and grown through the energy and family of the local church. And, when we cross waters to put our heads together, that’s when creative sustaining change begins. Here are a few of our church partners on the field, at home base and just down the corner.

Warehouse 242 has followed God’s call to sub-Saharan Africa for the purposes of serving communities disproportionately affected by the HIV and AIDS pandemic. They believe the best way to make a lasting impact is to invest in local economies through Income Generating Activities. They fully support the philosophy that “The purpose of aid is to get people off aid.” Their LiveBirds investment in Zimbabwe is an example of this philosophy in action. In short, they aim to “Put AIDS to Work,” believing that work provides dignity.
